Mr Craddocks and his neighbour Mr Fastings had a fascination with trinkets.
Many a day would they spend discussing trinkets over the garden fence.
Their trinket collection a source of pride and great wonderment.
Nothing else mattered when they chatted about trinkets.
But old man time caught up with Mr Fastings and he realised his rather eccentric ways.
He gave up trinket collecting and much to the horror of Mr Craddocks, sold his once prized collection.
Soon after Mr Craddocks lost interest in trinkets, for without a trinket buddy he was all lost at sea.
He sold his trinket collection to a young man who was obviously keen on the matter.
But Mr Craddock was thereafter forlorn and without spark.
But soon after he met a member of the female race and took a great liking to her, and as fortune would have so, it was a mutual likingness. Marriage came after a while and happiness was sealed.
Funny how things work out, ain't it?
Mr Fastings went on to become a part-time lion tamer...good on him I say!
